For all other insurance plans, we are considered out-of-network. In those cases, we charge a $200 flat fee per consultation.
If you have out-of-network benefits, we can provide you with a superbill or submit the claim on your behalf so your insurance can reimburse you directly, depending on your policy’s coverage.
