This testing can reveal inherited heart risks, inform treatment and care plans, and provide answers that protect both the patient and family members.

You may qualify for testing through this program if:
You live in the United States
You are suspected of having a hereditary form of cardiomyopathy or arrhythmia
You have not had postmortem testing (note: this program does not apply to deceased individuals)
